Last updated: April 17, 2026Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Onoria platform and website at onoriaglobal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using Onoria on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
Description of Service
Onoria is a travel compliance SaaS platform that enables organisations to manage passport, visa, residency, and country entry requirement validation for their personnel. The platform validates travel document readiness against event-specific entry requirements and provides compliance status reporting. Access is provided on a subscription basis to authorised organisation accounts.
Accounts and Organisation Access
Access to Onoria is granted at the organisation level. Each organisation account is isolated — no data is shared between organisations. Organisation owners are responsible for managing member access, roles, and permissions within their account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Permitted Use
You may use Onoria solely for lawful travel compliance purposes within your organisation. You must not use the platform to store data unrelated to travel compliance, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure, or resell or sublicence access to the platform without written consent from Onoria Global.
Sensitive Document Handling
The platform is designed to handle sensitive personal travel documents including passports, visas, and residency permits. Organisation administrators are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to upload and process documents belonging to their personnel. Onoria Global stores uploaded document files encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. Access to documents is strictly scoped to the organisation that uploaded them. Onoria Global employees do not access document contents except where required for technical support and with explicit written permission.
Subscription and Payment
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed as described at onoriaglobal.com/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Onoria Global does not store payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
Data Ownership
All data entered into the platform by your organisation — including personnel records, document metadata, and event data — remains owned by your organisation. Onoria Global does not claim any ownership over your data. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Onoria platform, including its design, codebase, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Onoria Global. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Onoria brand, platform, or technology beyond the limited right to access the service under an active subscription.
Availability and Modifications
Onoria Global will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. Onoria Global makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of travel requirement data, visa rules, or entry requirements displayed within the platform. Users are responsible for verifying travel requirements with official government sources before travel. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onoria Global's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by your organisation in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Onoria Global may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data deletion will occur within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at [email protected]. Onoria Global, Paris, France.
